Fishbowl integrations, counted

Fishbowl has 55 integrations. None of them drives your van.

Fourteen ways to connect Fishbowl to a webshop — each one a shop you still have to buy, build, theme and keep running. Twelve ways to print a carrier label. And nothing at all for the round your own drivers do every morning.

The directory, by category

What those 55 actually cover.

Worth counting yourself — it is a public page. Every entry is real and useful. Two things are simply not on it.

What we do instead

Your catalogue out, the order back, the van in between.

One thing, not five things wired together. Nothing is installed on your Fishbowl server — it is the REST API and nothing else.

Fishbowl → WebsiteYour catalogue, online Products and prices published to your own site and kept in step. No spreadsheet, no re-upload.
Customers → Order deskThey order themselves Trade customers order from your live catalogue instead of phoning it in.
Order → FishbowlIt lands in your order book As a sales order, priced by Fishbowl from your own price rules.
Packed → The vanThe run sheet stops being paper Only what is packed and loadable, in the order they are driving it.
Delivered → FishbowlThe signature closes the order Scan, signature, photo — and the order closes itself off. Works with no signal.
Fulfilled → InvoiceThe invoice follows Raised and emailed when the order is fulfilled. You approve the template once.
Proof you can click

They can only order what they can find.

Your descriptions were written for the warehouse, not for a search box. Every line below is live on the demo right now — click one.

The demo is a real deployment with an invented catalogue — put something in the basket and place the order; it arrives in the order queue as a Fishbowl import file.

What is actually running today — and what isn't

You have read a lot of software pages. Here is the line between what is live at a paying customer, what has been proven on a real Fishbowl server, and what ships switched off until you say otherwise.

Live at a customer
An Ontario wholesale distributor, since July. 5,048 of their 7,841 products published and kept in step. Invoices raised and emailed on fulfilment. Their drivers taking signatures on the round since 14 August, with the signature closing the order off in Fishbowl — switched on with their authorisation, one order at a time.
Proven, not yet at a customer
Creating the sales order in Fishbowl directly, rather than handing your team an import file. Proven against Fishbowl Advanced 26.7: order created through the API, priced by Fishbowl from the customer's own rules, and read back as an Estimate for the desk to check.
Ships switched off
Both writes to your Fishbowl — closing orders off, and creating them. They are armed only after you have watched one order go through and said yes. Everything else is read-only.
Not claimed
We are not an inventory system and never will be. Fishbowl stays your system of record; this sits on top of it.
